Yes! StoneyBee does not test on animals, or use materials that contain animal derivatives that are unsuitable for vegetarians and only buy raw materials from companies that are not involved in the use of, or commission the use of, animals for testing and have no plans to do so in the future. We believe that animal testing is not acceptable. We recognise that customer safety is of importance but that this can be assured without the use of animals.

Yes, absolutely. Our line is made from 100% vegan ingredients and always will be. Animals are our friends and that’s something that will never change.

Since individuals exhibit a wide range of sensitivities to these proteins, if you have any questions or concerns you should discuss with your medical care provider. All the ingredients we use in a product are listed on the package or the label of the product itself. Since some ingredients are known by more than one name, we use the standard industry FDA-recognized names.
Our products have been tested to have at least a 2-year shelf life.
Yes, our ingredients do not contain GMOs, and are grown without the use of conventional toxic synthetic pesticides, antibiotics or things like growth hormones.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click your tracking number to see the status of the delivery. Tracking your order on USPS will provide more up-to-date tracking information.
Due to our quick processing time, we unfortunately are not able to change the address once an order has been placed. We do apologize for this inconvenience. You could try contacting USPS to see if they are able to reroute the order once they received it and if not, we would recommend taking a look at the tracking number until It has a status of “Delivered” or “Return to Sender” and then reach out for additional assistance.
Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If an order is returned to sender, a refund is automatically issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days of being delivered.
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns on our items.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at email@example.com send us a photo of what you have received so we can investigate and replace your damaged or incorrect item immediately. We can only replace the items that were damaged or incorrect, we do not offer refunds.
StoneyBee processes, packs and ships all orders within 7-10 business days. Your order is shipped via USPS.
Tracking numbers can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. You will receive an email automatically with your tracking information once your order has been picked up by USPS. Once your order is picked up, it will be trackable within minutes. The tracking link you receive will be through USPS.
If you consider your package lost or stolen. All packages are insured we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. We also ask to forward all details to firstname.lastname@example.org
Undelivered lost packages may be reissued.
Delivered lost/ stolen packages may be reissued after claim is filed.
Due to Global Shipping delays shipping delays can exceed up to 5-7 days for US orders and 5-12 days for international orders!
